Swarovski repairs or replaces crystal that is a part of the current offerings.  If your damaged Swarovski item is current, contact Swarovski directly at 1-800-556-6478 to obtain authorization, cost, and instructions.

Retired/Discontinued Swarovski Crystal
Swarovski does NOT repair or restore retired or discontinued crystal.  If your broken Swarovski is not a part of Swarovski's current product offerings, we hope that we can be of assistance to you.

So how much does it cost to have retired and discontinued figurines repaired or restored?  There's no way to quote a flat rate for any job.  

So here's what you should do:

1. Contact us directly for authorization.  During our discussion, we will cover safety tips and provide other valuable advise on shipping and insurance.  Most likely, your item will have to be shipped here for an estimate for the job.  DO NOT SEND YOUR BROKEN SWAROVSKI CRYSTAL WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION.
2. When shipping your item to me, wrap each part separately, so that components cannot touch each other and cause further destruction to the figurine.
3. Once we have had a chance to examine the damaged Swarovski item, and establish the fee, we'll contact you.  You can then decide if you wish to pay the price for the job, or simply have it returned untouched.  Owners are responsible for the cost of the return shipping if you opt NOT to have your Swarovski crystal item repaired or restored.
